Dashboard Status
The Infrastructure Observatory Dashboard is currently under development. This page will eventually display live information from the VPS hosting this website and project. I am building the dashboard in stages as I learn more about Linux server administration, monitoring, web development, and how to safely collect and display system information.
Rather than displaying simulated information, I want the dashboard to eventually use real data from the server. As I work through the project, this page will change to reflect the features that have actually been implemented and tested.
Planned Server Metrics
The first version of the Observatory is planned to focus on a few basic measurements that provide a useful overview of the server's health and resource usage.
- CPU utilization
- Memory utilization
- Disk space used and available
Additional information may be added later as I continue learning and decide what would be useful for the project.
